Occupational Therapy

Paediatric Occupational Therapists work with children if they are having difficulties achieving success at their occupational roles and skills. For a child these include: playing, enjoying and coping in their different environments (sensory processing), self-care skills, fine motor or gross motor skills and school skills. A paediatric occupational therapist will work with a child using different therapeutic activities to assist the child’s physical, developmental, academic and emotional skills.
